I run my business completely single handed; from designing and making wedding cakes, to delivering orders, answering emails and marketing, so when you book Greenfox Bakery for your wedding cake, it will be me and only me you deal with.

My favourite cakes to design are the more non traditional wedding cakes - loads of colour, texture and square tiers.

I believe that your wedding cake should be a show stopping, centre piece of your wedding day, that reflects you and your partner’s personality. Cake should never be an after thought, particularly when its one of the most photographed pieces of your whole day.

I want to make the whole process of booking and choosing a wedding cake as easy and stress free as possible - you have enough to worry about when planning a wedding, but cake shouldn’t be one of them. More than anything, I want to provide you with superb service as well as a delicious wedding cake

Hi, my name is Claudia, the face behind Green Fox bakery.

I’m a cake artist, specialising in buttercream wedding cakes (no fondant here, my friends). I left the corporate world to start baking full time in 2019, and I’ve never looked back. I’ve always loved baking and to be able to call this my job is a dream come true.

I live in South London with my husband, our little girl and our two cats. You’ll often find me trying new coffee shops or restaurants, or rifling through racks at the charity shops. I’m currently in my ‘gold hoops’ era and I’m a really Disney lunatic.

I am proud to be an accredited member of the Sustainable Wedding Alliance, who are a collective of businesses with the joint purpose of creating a more sustainable, environmentally conscious wedding industry.
