How Do I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer, debit card or Paypal. All payment information can be found in your invoice. A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and keep the date in my diary. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date, at which point all changes must be confirmed. Orders placed less than 30 days in advance of the event date must be paid in full.

Orders are only confirmed once I have received a deposit or full payment, and signed terms and conditions.

DO YOU DELIVER?/ CAN I COLLECT?

Delivery of cakes that do not require set up (usually birthday cakes) will be quoted accordingly.

Cakes can be collected from my South London address. Cakes will be packaged ready for safe transportation. Once the cake is in your hands I can’t accept responsibility for them, so travel carefully.

For wedding cake orders I advise clients to let me handle the delivery, to give you the piece of mind that you deserve on your wedding day. The cost of delivery and set up will be calculated based on distance and time needed.

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

ASAP to avoid disappointment. My diary fills up quickly, especially in the busy summer months.
 

HOW MUCH WILL MY CAKE COST?

All my cakes are made bespoke to order so I don’t have fixed prices. You can click here to get an idea of how much my cakes cost based on previous commissions. Please contact me through the Contact page and I will be happy to provide you with a quote.

What if i have dietary requirements?

No problem! I can cater for most allergens. You can contact me through the Contact page to let me know about any dietary requirements you may have. All my cakes are vegetarian and do not contain alcohol. My cakes are produced in premises where I also use nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten), so cakes may contain trace elements of these allergens.

Do you offer cake tastings?

Yes! Cake tasting boxes can be purchased for £40, which includes next day delivery services. I make cake tasting boxes once per month, and you will be botified when the next dispatch date is when you enquire. You’ll receive up to 4 cake flavours of your choice.
